This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

So the context here is that we have had 4 roofers come to us (not from Rated People) to repair our leak. All arrived with promises to resolve our leak and none managed to do this. Jay and his team inspected the job, confirmed what needed to be done and has delivered on his promises. Mike and his colleague did an excellent job. Needed an old 1970s asbestos garage roof replacing. Came and cut back all the overgrown foliage in half a day and then finished the roof the day after! High quality finish and very impressed.
