I can't rate Josh enough. He came round looked at what work needed to be done and sent through the quote the same day. He turned up on the day with another guy the weather was terrible came up against quite a few issues but they still got the job done to a very high standard. BE WARNED!! 800 good reviews don't always tell the truth. Really disappointing outcome after a positive start. Refused to fix leaking pipe work to a towel rail radiator THEY installed which has caused damage to my sitting room ceiling and the boiler to consistently lose pressure, leaving me without heating. Also refused to give me any receipts or a breakdown of the materials purchased for me that I paid for and didn't bother to complete the bathroom grouting work after I paid in full. Shocking behaviour.

James was hired to fit 5 internal doors. It took him 3 days, and the work was careless, lazy, and full of mistakes, excuses, lies and frustration. He blamed the doors, house, locks, anything but himself. I wasn't going to leave a review, but after he left I was able to fix —by myself— issues that he tried to gaslight me into believing it was the best possible outcome. I suspect his "27 years of experience" was made up, and the problem was nothing but absolute lack of skill, care and work ethic.
