He was very pleasant, charged what he quoted to replace a leaking kitchen tap which was a fair price. Took the old tap and packaging away and cleaned up afterwards. Tap installed in no time. Avoid Wayne from Blackwell Roofing. He quoted £380 based on photos, then came to view the job from the ground—no proper inspection. He later climbed a ladder with no safety gear, started tearing down fascia, then suddenly claimed the job was £1,600. When I asked him to stop, he became aggressive, shouting and throwing tools and wood down dangerously. I felt threatened and unsafe in my own home. Totally unprofessional, dishonest, and intimidating. Do not hire him.

Arrange a next day plumbers. Got message with expected times but no one showed up. After chasing was told it was a mistake and rearranged for the following day. Had to pay for a next day service which I never received. Person on phone said they are not trained to deal with that issue and would pass on the someone else but have not heard anything. Also emailed without a response.
