This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

I withhold a full Gas Safe qualification as well as City and Guilds (level 1, 2 and 3) qualifications in plumbing. I also have a g3 unvented hot water cylinder qualification. The job was booked in for the next day with no fuss. Arrived on time and listened to the issues described. He chased the wiring around half the house for us to find a single loose cable. He kept us informed and updated along the way and was determined not to make it a bigger job than it needed to be. Our shower is now working again and it was all done in good time with no mess and good value for money.

Dom from Pure Boilers responded promptly to my enquiry about a leak on my boiler even though it was Sunday and Ny Eve. Despite it not being an emergency, he came out the next working day. He gave details of the different solutions and I chose to have a new boiler installed which he ordered the same day and fitted 2 days later. Dom is very professional, and kept me informed of the costs before carrying out the work. He did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.
