The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.
I qualified as a plumber in 1999 and have been running a small family business ever since. I also asked about fitting IKEA cabinets into alcoves to look built-in—he gave me a price that evening and came back two days later to fit them. He did a great job. Really pleased with the finish.
