To say merely 'satisfied with the job' would be doing ALW Plumbing and Heating an injustice. My partner and I are absolutely delighted with the job. ALW has installed and commissioned a new boiler/heating and hot water system in our home on budget, on time, with minimum fuss, mess and inconvenience in a most professional manner. ALW provided by far the cheapest quote, so to find every aspect of the job so satisfactory is very pleasing indeed. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Kurt arrived in time!! Straight into the job and completed the repair, tested and after a little instruction on what I needed to do left, on inspection he had cleaned up as well!! Thanks very much, highly recommended.

I found Ashley very helpful, he explained what had gone wrong and what was required. He is very reasonably priced and completed the work to a high standard. I would recommend this tradesman and definitely use him again.

Only reason it isn't a 5star is because it took a while to get it booked in however Brad is incredibly professional courteous and did a grate job went above and beyond to try and help us will use again in the future without a doubt.

Dave came out on Saturday morning, was friendly, polite and efficient and fixed both problems in less than an hour. Brilliant. Would definitely recommend.

Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.

We had a leak from the shower in our ensuite that ruined the living room ceiling below. Not only was the quote for the work given speedily, but it was also well priced compared to other quotes. The work (take down part of the ceiling, put up new boarding, replaster and then repaint the entire ceiling) has been completed quickly, efficiently, cleanly and to a very high standard. Company owner Tim is friendly and helpful, and his team know their stuff! Thank you very much, TCSM Builders. We are very happy.

Gurps was more expensive than my other quote. However he came across as a lot more reliable and professional and I wasn’t disappointed. He completed all the agreed tasks, tidied up after himself and provided answers to my queries in the weeks after he left. Would recommend

I cannot recommend Alistair highly enough. We have had a total re fit of our shower room and Alistair coordinated all the tradesmen needed to complete the work to a really high standard. He is reliable, professional and a perfectionist in his work and nothing is too much trouble to .ensure his customers are totally happy with the results. We would not hesitate to use Alistair again for any plumbing work we need.
