I was at work when James replaced kitchen tap. My wife was very impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness (and she has high standards!). He showed me taps to replace my old one and when agreed bought on my behalf and to fit. Removed old tap. I think James is also a general builder so I will look to him for other types of work in future :)
