I have 10 years of vast experience in housing maintenance undertaking all aspect of maintenance, repairs and renewal jobs for a know letting company, I have also completed a HNC in Construction and Building Maintenance which allowed me to gain extensive knowledge in building regulation, bills of quantity and the process of housing building and maintenance. I have undertaken various jobs throughout the years such as: minor electrical and plumbing jobs(installation of lighting fittings, kitchen appliances , replacement of bathroom taps, installation of wash basin, toilet and cistern, shower and bath tub), carpentry works such as installation of doors, windows, wood flooring, decking, installation of furniture, decoration jobs such as painting, wallpaper and many other.
