Micky was a great find - he's a personable guy and knew exactly how to go about resolving our roof issues - have called him back to sort further issues caused by the recent storms. all done to a great standard and he is the first to explain and show damage and repairs done. Sam & his team (Col & Joe) worked extremely hard on several building projects to the property . They were friendly, polite, went above & beyond fixing problems we didn't know we had until unearthed during their work. They also made sure everything was left clean & tidy at the end of each day & removed all their rubbish. Very pleased with the results.

I was apprehensive at first before making my first enquiries to get my job done as I haven’t done this kind of thing before. I was contacted by Nick at New Builds and he came to visit the site and explained everything to me in detail. The team at New Builds handled the job exceptionally well and kept me updated throughout the process. I was made aware of the costs all the way through which was helpful. I even needed some changes to the job which was handled just as well. I will be using them in the future.
