Myles was very helpful, gave good advice and was keen to ensure the work was done how we wanted it. They worked hard to do the work in the time promised and the result looks great. We were impressed with the supervision of the work throughout. Very tidy, clean and curteous.

The team are very professional all parts of the job were well communicated verbally and quotes before the jobs commenced. The team were punctual communicated well of any unforseen problems and worked the extra into the schedule. Standards of workmanship are of a high standard the bathroom was retiled floor to ceiling and looks amazing unique and finished to a good standard. The team are tidy helpful and I found very honest. Phones emails texts answered instantly really helpful

Hi, I do apologise but I only knew the gentleman as Tak, from Bolton. He was the first person to offer the help that we needed, in the Man & Van trade. Nothing was too much for this man. His expertise with our property move was invaluable. Even coming from Bolton to Warrington twice to collect items, and again with the move. A very pleasant gentleman, who charged a very fair price. Richard has done a good job painting our garden fences with preservative. One possible drawback is reviews of preservative chosen by Richard suggests it is of poor quality so may not last too long. Job took a long time from initial enquiry due to very wet and windy weather all winter, but I was kept informed of delays throughout. Happy to recommend Richard.

It was a pleasure dealing with this company; they were on time and always called me as promised to make arrangements. The end result looks great and was all done with the absolute minimum mess and disruption. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would be happy to recommend to anyone.

Had Presitge Construction lay paving for me in the back garden for a shed base and pathway leading back to the house. Matt done a superb job and seems a genuine guy. Very punctual and reliable, great communication and the job came in ahead of time and on budget, really pleased with the finished job! Tom came to quote and gave a figure much higher than expected. I knew before the £500 was too low but to put £1000 seemed OTT. Discussed requirements and Tom researched the prices. Sliding doors were very expensive. We decided on hinged ones instead saving about £200. The final figure was above budget but I felt it was worth it to have the study I wanted. Tom came when said he would and worked hard to complete the project in the time quoted. I like the quality of result and am pleased with the workmanship.

James is a true craftsman. He is hardworking, punctual, reliable, trustworthy and a great guy. James has a vast knowledge and the ability to carry out all various types of work asked of him. We feel very lucky to have found such a nice bloke who does a real quality job. Unlike a lot of builders James does a full day's work and is very conscientious and charges a fair price. Absolutely first class service from Michael and his team. Michael turned up promptly at the agreed time, the job was to rebuild a large garden wall that had collapsed and clear all the rubble and shrubs. All the work has been completed to a very high standard, a pleasure to see proper tradesmen at work, they obviously know what they are doing! Tila from TD Brickwork was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. He provided a competitive and comprehensive quote, helped confirm the right bricks to match the existing wall perfectly, and delivered a high-quality finished wall. Mark and his apprentice turned up on time, erected their scaffolding and repaired the lead on the back of the chimney. It took less time than he thought and adjusted the price accordingly. Having his own scaffolding makes a huge difference to both the price and timescale. Definitely recommended.
