Contractors made arrangements to call, arrived on time, they seemed very nice & efficient; however we did not receive a quote as promised, when I queried it; he apologized saying he thought he had emailed me to say it would be late as he had broken his collarbone. Then I received a text saying he wasn't going to quote as he was off sick for 6 weeks, so unfortunately we are unable to rate his work...

A very professional and courteous company. We bought a property in September 2013 gave a list of jobs we wanted doing and a timescale (ideally before Christmas). we were in by the last week of November with only a couple of jobs left to finish. Unfinished skirting board installation. All seemed well at first, but a few weeks later I noticed sealant had been missed under all of the radiators. I contacted Steven to see if he could get somebody finish this off. He said maybe the silicone gun couldn't get under the radiators - this wasn't the case as sealant had been done up to the pipes (which were chipped into the wall, so even less of an obstruction). A week later, I have had no further contact hence why I am l leaving this review.
