The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

Disappointed to say the least, Anna got in touch after we posted our job advert, she ask for further lead on a job that was urgent fix to a leak for us, sent all additional requested info on job lead to her and she never got back or even bother to send someone out as agreed, extreamly poor customer service for a start and i definately wont recommend

I found Darren to be friendly and professional. His quotes were reasonable. The jobs changed slightly once the work started and Darren took the time to explain the options. AVOID! Mr Art 13 (father&son) ABANDONED our 7-room project. Started 2 beds and a wetroom that now needs redone. After 10 weeks and 50% of the quote PAID, no room was left usable. Gave constant excuses for delays: “prices doubled,” “faulty pipes,” etc. They told us they DON'T CUT CORNERS and explained how coving screws should be filled and sanded, yet they paint over screws, leaving drips on the walls, flooring laid on an uneven base they poured, tiling on a dirty dusty wall, using unfit materials, etc.

I've been installing all kinds of floor coverings for 15 years. I can install : All carpets, gripper and underlay. Vinyl. Domestic and commercial. Latexing and floor leveling Lvt, karndean and amtico. I go the extra miles for my customers. I always hoover all new carpets and clear all rubbish. I do whatever it takes to keep my customers happy.

Jack didn’t turn up on the day he was supposed to. He has ruined my kitchen floor, ripped it and tried to hide it by closing the kitchen cupboard and leaving quickly, cut it too short in some places, used a clear silicone over the top which makes it look worse. kitchen floor lifted in 2 places and bedroom has lifted in 1 place. I have tried to resolve this with him, but will be taking him to small claims court as I have to pay someone else to fix this. I would really, really recommend using another trader!

I have concerns about the validity of this contractor; I have been advised by an independent contractor that the work is of a poor standard and will need to be rectified. I also have evidence of dishonesty. He told me he needed extra money to replace wooden battens but refused to provide a receipt. Ii have security cameras and it was clear that he had not delivered them. The following day he said that his contractors had 'cut off the rotten bits' and used concrete. I am taking legal action.
