I’ve just had my one bedroom Annex plastered skimmed. I cannot speak highly enough for the good work and the hard work that he put in. It was excellent, especially from a person like myself but I’ve worked in the building industry for the last 45 years. he done an excellent job and tidied up after he finished very good I would say actually top job.

griffin builders were flexible as the job went along. We made changes as we went along and he was absolutely fine with that. I have always seen him calm and willing to give advise and go out of his way to get us samples, etc. Never was he ever flustered and always in a good mood. He was always calm and approachable . Very good attitude and did an excellent job with no cutting corners. He had pride in his work and maintained high standards throughout. His knowledge of hard landscaping is second to none.

Jimmy and his assistant were asked to fix and plaster a kitchen ceiling, grout some shower tiles and render a porch. They were keen, professional and polite throughout. They arrived half an hour before the job, got on with the work with the minimum of fuss and disruption and cleaned up the mess before leaving. What was also helpful was that they explained what they were doing as they were going along. I would happily use [COMPANY_NAME] again.

Jack kept me informed at every stage, he and his team were professional, friendly, reasonably priced, worked hard, cleaned up and removed all rubbish and took a pride in their work. I used Alva for my kitchen refit. I was very impressed with the attention to detail. Also, I always felt they were making suggestions or recommendations in my best interests.
