We used J.A.M Home improvement for our new home redesign and renovation project. we had big plans and the building team headed by Ivan was very helpful at giving us ideas and solutions to our vision. We re-floored the entire house, installed new appliances, a new kitchen, re-painted, re-paved the driveway, re-modeled the bathrooms and re-modeled the garden. From start to finish J.A.M were professional and adaptable to our changing design ideas. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

Repointing and plaster work to the front of our terraced house. We're very pleased with the result of the work. Overall; good work, good communication, clean and tidy, and good value for money. Would use again without hesitation.

Very fair price and excellent quality works. Also very kind and patient with advises and recommendations on how to sort out different DIY works not related with works carried out. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

DiZi Responded promptly to my ad And was always prompt in any communication with me. He said the work could take four days which it did, and the quality of the work was exemplary.?. Cannot recommend DiZi highly enough. I will definitely be asking him to do more work for me

Alltype plastering team were polite; completed an excellent job of repairing and re-plastering a downstairs utility room. Alex has plumbing skills which were important for this job. We will be choosing them to complete further repairs to our house.

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

We had our bathroom totally redone by Remus and his guys. Not only was in bang on budget, they took exactly the amount of time they said it would, even by putting in some extra hours to get it finished off as promised. They were very communicative, keeping us informed throughout the project, and really went the extra mile. I've asked them to quote for more work in the future. Superb - head and shoulders above any other builder we have ever worked with. We have undertaken a handful of development projects in recent years, and Lucian is the best by a country mile.
