Materials were paid for upfront which we were a little bit worried about at first but materials and team turned up at agreed time. Another payment was made halfway through and on completion as agreed. Darren completely transformed our run down mud bath garden into a lovely clean family garden that we all absolutely love. Keiran and his gang at Smith & Sons are a total disgrace. He demanded full payment upfront (which clearly funded his honeymoon), did the bare minimum, then vanished. No return, no refund, no shame. They’ve taken our money and run – pure theft, in my view. They hide behind multiple business names, which reeks of dishonesty and likely tax dodging. Untrustworthy. Unreliable. Unprofessional. Avoid them like the plague. I wouldn’t let them near a garden with a bargepole.
