I so impressed with his customer relation skills, I have contracted him for some bathroom / downstairs cloakroom major renovations - see his weksite / fb page "OJF Services". He is polite and always follows up telephone and email enquiries......also I have never known to be late for an appointment. His rates a very fair for a professional job. I became self employed at the beginning of 2019 Some of my work is with a very successful local gardening business I am subcontracted with, which teaches me new things every day. I work to create a beautiful outdoor atmosphere which can be enjoyed all year round by both client and wildlife. This being said, it is also very rewarding to create a refined, contemporary space, which is becoming ever popular with clients who would like an elegant garden which requires less maintenance. I'm often praised for how much I get stuck into my work and am capable when it comes to heavy lifting and laborious jobs. I am a father of two little beasts So much of my free time is spent with my family, mostly in my own garden and being told off for buying too many plants!

I was able to appoint Marcel & Krys to take on our job that was to relay a number of loose paving slabs with a complete regrouting of the patio. They were completely professional from the start, ensured that I understood what the work entailed and worked extremely hard and competently. I accepted what I thought was a fair price for the job. Wow. These guys have worked so hard to get our job finished on time. They have built a retaining wall in our garden with deep foundations, drainage and rendered to a lovely finish. They have cleared the site and completed the job to an excellent standard. They have been polite and helpful, going the extra mile and taking the initiative to solve problems as they arose. Really great work in tidying up my garden. Grafted hard to clean out the weeds, trimmed down my tree and hedges, and took all the waste away. All this during a very wet day.
