Prompt, efficient and professional service throughout Bathroom renovation. I was kept up to date at all times as this was a rental property. Tenants reported that Team were polite, pleasant and hardworking. Delighted with outcome of Bathroom. Would definitely recommend and use again for home and rental. May I take this opportunity to Thank Weddinton builders I was more than satisfied with their work and the service they have provided to me. Why? They are customer focused and have great pride in their work considerate trust worthy with a full understanding of job requirements to the customer's needs. Pleasant excellent work force with a full complement of workers all quality tradesmen including (electricians carpenters, plasters, plumbers etc) Yes, I took references before my extension started, all of which said similar things, which is a bonus and reassurning when working within a budget . All work undertaken was checked by local Council building surveyors with no problems found. If you require building work done check Weddington's out before making your final decision. Weddington builders are the full package.

Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.

The job was a small patio at the end of my garden. Good quality professional job, which is now weathering nicely. We had some minor difficulties with delivery schedules, but Adam overcame these with the minimum of bother to me.

Happy with job overall, skilled caftmanship. After job issue: Glue has leaked onto door from frame and hardened until seen on day of instalation. Was advised it can be fixed and will attend to it when passing by. The rating will be changed once this is fixed or new door installed as I paid for new door. It is not my doing thaglue leaked.

John was very helpful in explaining the advantages and disadvantages and prices of different Velux windows. He and his son were reliable, worked very hard, cleaned up well afterwards and the new windows look great. I definitely recommend J5 Roofing. Marian
