Ricky and his team did a fantastic job replacing our felt flat roof with Firestone rubber. His work included installing all new trims around the edge of the roof so the house looks much smarter now. Responded very quickly to post. Excellent dialogue and agreed price and date for uplift. Turned up on time, started the job and then left everything outside blocking the driveway and drove off. No explanation given. Called Michael and texted him and no answer back.
Was originally happy with cuts, but has failed to seal the worktops properly, resulting in bubbling from water ingress. Failed to return calls and missed appointment with no explanation.
