I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. We were very impressed with Richard, the engineer who visited us for the service. He was extremely efficient fixing the leak in under half an hour, sealing the tap to prevent future issues, and offering helpful advice to avoid it happening again. Richard was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout. We truly appreciate his excellent service and couldn’t thank him enough.

Dave is friendly and reliable and did a top job, diagnosed the problem with our boiler and was back to complete the job the next day. Great value will definitely use again. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the work carried out re-connecting the gas supply to our boiler. Careful consideration was given to minimising the aesthetic impact of the work by routing the piping in the most discreet manner through the house. Pete and his team were friendly, considerate and respectful, provided a prompt quotation, performed the work to original cost despite a slight overrun (due to heavier drilling required), left our home tidy and clean, and with a fully functioning boiler again...thank you!

Keith is excellent. Couldn't recommend him enough. Very creative too as he had a difficult job here with us and really worked hard to give us the best result and finish. These guys were professional from the day of providing the quote. They did everything they said they would and even matched the external brickwork when bricking up the old Flue hole. They were tidy, punctual and helpful. They weren't the cheapest quote we received but we felt they were honest and reliable and that was more important than saving a few quid. No hesitation in recommending them.

Chris has done several jobs for me, including underfloor heating and tiling the floor in my new conservatory and re-modelling my tiny en-suite bathroom, which now feels much bigger. His work is of a high standard and he makes sure everything is clean and tidy at the end of each day. Chris honest and reliable, gives sound advice and his prices are fair. I would not hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to others.

Ollie was contracted for some small tasks. I so impressed with his customer relation skills, I have contracted him for some bathroom / downstairs cloakroom major renovations - see his weksite / fb page "OJF Services". He is polite and always follows up telephone and email enquiries......also I have never known to be late for an appointment. His rates a very fair for a professional job. I highly recommend him in ever respect.
