Tony arrived on time to provide an estimate for a shower repair. He rang in the evening to discuss the problem and offered a solution, as he had done some research on the internet. A replacement shower was not required, only a shower head to match existing make and model. Many thanks. I would be pleased to recommend this trades person.

We would have no hesitation in recommending ADM kitchens to anyone who is thinking of having their kitchen re fitted. Had to ring and ask to come back as the boiler started leaking after the service was undertaken. Tradesman didnt turn up on original day agreed to remedy the leak but after a further phone call came back to remedy the leak without further charge.

We were happy with the price and the boiler replacement. However, the quality rating has to be given as poor because he offered to flush out our system at an extra cost and during the course of this covered the carpet with dirty stains from the radiators and his tools/shoes. We have tried cleaning the carpet and it is so bad we are having to replace them now instead.

CID's quotation was detailed and professionally presented covering all aspects of the work. They communicated in a polite and timely manner as required. The work was carried out expertly with all aspects of health and safety being observed. They treated my home with respect wearing foot coverings to keep the floor clean. They cleaned up any dust and particles created whilst drilling etc was carried out. I am extremely happy with the standard of installation and consider CID to be an excellent contractor.

Quick response to quote for the job and good explanation of what was involved. Turned up on time and just got on with the job explaining what they were doing as they went along. Anthony was brilliant from start to finish from initial quote to coming to the job to finish. He ripped out all the poor work done by the original contractor and replaced it all with the correct materials and left the house in a clean which didn’t happen when we originally had the bathroom fitted. He come back the week after and repaired the ceiling in the living room which had been damaged by the leaking shower and now everything is done I’m so happy with all that has been done.
