Tony arrived on time to provide an estimate for a shower repair. He rang in the evening to discuss the problem and offered a solution, as he had done some research on the internet. A replacement shower was not required, only a shower head to match existing make and model. Many thanks. I would be pleased to recommend this trades person.

We would have no hesitation in recommending ADM kitchens to anyone who is thinking of having their kitchen re fitted. Had to ring and ask to come back as the boiler started leaking after the service was undertaken. Tradesman didnt turn up on original day agreed to remedy the leak but after a further phone call came back to remedy the leak without further charge.

We were happy with the price and the boiler replacement. However, the quality rating has to be given as poor because he offered to flush out our system at an extra cost and during the course of this covered the carpet with dirty stains from the radiators and his tools/shoes. We have tried cleaning the carpet and it is so bad we are having to replace them now instead.

CID's quotation was detailed and professionally presented covering all aspects of the work. They communicated in a polite and timely manner as required. The work was carried out expertly with all aspects of health and safety being observed. They treated my home with respect wearing foot coverings to keep the floor clean. They cleaned up any dust and particles created whilst drilling etc was carried out. I am extremely happy with the standard of installation and consider CID to be an excellent contractor.

Very happy with the work that Ben has done for us , installing loft ladder and bigger hatch ,then boarding half of the loft . Ben was very pro at his job and went extra mile to fix my broken lawn mower . Thank you Ben ????????

Quick response to quote for the job and good explanation of what was involved. Turned up on time and just got on with the job explaining what they were doing as they went along. We were very impressed with Richard, the engineer who visited us for the service. He was extremely efficient fixing the leak in under half an hour, sealing the tap to prevent future issues, and offering helpful advice to avoid it happening again. Richard was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout. We truly appreciate his excellent service and couldn’t thank him enough.
