Dan and his team were truly exceptional from start to finish! A very talented and highly professional team that made sure we were actively engaged on every step of a large project, covering nearly every trade possible, with one clear and obvious intention - to make all of our aspirations come true. The attention to detail on every aspect was superb, alongside excellent craftmanship delivering a tremendous finish. The Team were punctual, very friendly, always enjoyable to have in our home! Kyle misrepresented his credentials and failed to return to finish the job. He left me with a leaking cylinder and did not fit the compliant fire valve. This was 3 months ago and despite repeated efforts I can't get him to return and he has ghosted me. He also promised to certify the work but didnt. I believe this is because he is not a member of a CPS. He showed me a BPEC card but this is just to show he has done training , not that he is a member of a professional body. I am contacting trading standards

Not true. I asked him what time was suitable for him and he said 12 noon. I texted him at 1.15 and called him at 2.30. He texted me to say he was on a difficult job. No further communication was had from him.

I was very happy with Mark, he's done a great job with the flooring and tiling all for a reasonable cost. He was punctual every day and got the job finished in good time. I've asked him to come back to do a few more jobs in a few weeks time.

Geoff was very punctual and professional when completing our job. He made improved amendments to the set up of our toilets for any future enhancements we want to make to the bathrooms at a later stage. We did need to call Geoff back to refit the mechanism in the cistern, but he came back the next evening with no fuss and no extra charge. Overall we are very pleased with the two toilets Geoff fitted and they have made a big difference to the look/feel of our bathroom/cloakroom.

They did a great job, on the whole with a tight budget. They turned up on time and worked hard. The only thing I would say is that they overestimated the labour time, hence I wasn't sure how much I paid for the materials and how much I paid for labour. A minor quibble really, they did a very good job and I would definitely recommend them.

James did a really good job completely refitting our cloakroom. He was polite and considerate and kept us up to date with his progress and any issue arising. The manager Jay was always very prompt at answering texts but at times we would have liked him to be a little more proactive. On the whole, very happy with the work completed.

No one turned up. One person said he would come and see what was involved. As usual with this site, no one came. Eventually a friend came with a 3 year old. He wouldn't take any money but the 3 year old had 2 sausages and an ice lolly. .

Dave did a teriffic job clearing up my very overgrown garden and accomplished in just a few hours a job I had been ignoring for months. He was very prompt to reply to my posting and appeared in the garden just a couple of days later. He did such a good job he's coming back to build us a bike shed and sort out the flowerbeds. Great job, thank you Dave!

Actually, didn't do the job I posted on Rated people, but carried out other work for me. This was to a good enough standard that I have asked to be quoted on getting more work done along the lines of what was ordinarily asked for.
