Very pleasant and reliable. Came on time for quote, provided quote in timely manner, we arranged the date and John and his mate came and did a lovely job of our patio: breaking up old concrete, laying new, then laying tiles. The work was clean and tidy and the tiles look nice.

Triac mended a broken garden fence which had blown down in the wind. He put in new posts with concrete and used the existing panels to make the fence look like new! He also built a new fence at the front of the house. The fence looks great. Triac is reliable and very friendly. Would definitely recommend him.

A nice guy, who did the job, but I was glad to see leave!Substantially under estatimated the time the job would take. Despite being home, he made poor decisions without communicating with me e..g. initially fitted handrails stupidly , intended on leaving base of initial hadraill, left bricks on drive (despite advising him of attempted break in) expected me to get rid of waste, asked4payment mid way through (an intended 2 day job). Asked for more money after job was done, despite agreeing the price at outset

The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. They started next day and completed the job quickly and to my complete satisfaction. The site was cleaned up & all waste taken away. I will definitely use them again and strongly recommend them.

I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.

We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. When evaluating the builders it was important to us that we found somebody who was professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them.
