An itemised invoice was provided and updated after any change so I was always aware of my costs. The team he had working on my job were professional, punctual and very polite. We hired Shaun to re-plumb and re-tile our bathroom after previous builders had botched the job and left it in a terrible state. It was a complicated job but Shaun was brilliant, tackling all unexpected problems calmly, putting in long days and offering useful advice the whole way along. He cleared up after himself everyday, caused us minimal disruption and finished on time regardless of setbacks. The bathroom looks fantastic and we'll be asking Shaun back to do the kitchen. A great plumber and a real gent.
