R & T were instructed to refurbish the exterior of our listed building windows & guttering. We had never dealt with them before and found them on ratedpeople.com so we were unsure. They turned up when they said quoted really fairly, sent photographs of progress (We run the management company) and finished on time with minimal disruption and good communication. The standard of work appears excellent and the finish looks great. We are very impressed and would recommend them to anyone.

Fitted a new boiler and a few new radiators/towel rail. Also plumbed in a new kitchen sink and sorted out our gas cooker. Reasonable quote, which was spot on (no hidden extras). Got the job done when agreed and even came out to bleed the radiators a couple of weeks after the system was installed. Very happy with the quality of the work. Thank you Tim and Darren.

An absolute pleasure to have working for us. I don't feel the need to tell them what i need constantly, they help me with what would be the best solution and what could be done to make my home better. The work is of excellent quality and i have full trust and reliability in them. For the amount of work that was needed in my home the value and quality was amazing. I used LC Services to completely remove old bathroom suite , tile the full room and fit new bath suite. Liam was polite , arrived each day at the same time and was trustworthy and an excellent tradesman who finished my bathroom to a very high standard , his price was very competitive and i would not hesitate in using him again or recommending him to others . Excellent !

I can't rate this company high enough Martin and his wife did a first rate job I had 2 ceilings down due to a header tank leak He took the remainder of the ceilings down then boarded out skimmed insulated and decorated in 5 days the finished job was outstanding The price was very competitive I would recommend this company to anybody Also Martin and his wife were lovely people genuine and nothing was too much trouble for them A very professional company

Couldn't recommend Rafael any higher. Fantastic worker, have recommend him to friends, family and anyone who would listen. He came to install a bathroom and move a waste pipe. He is a perfectionist and the bathroom looks amazing. Will definitely use again.

Richard fitted a new unvented hot water tank for us in our loft. He was very professional with the quotation and booking the install, and the tank and pipework undertaken looks really well thought out, well fitted and organised. The work was completed in the 3 day schedule anticipated except for one minor glitch with the smart controller which was sorted first thing the next morning. Richard was a nice, trustworthy person to have working in our home and we are happy to recommend him.

Arrived on time on the appointed day. Initial job was done well however unforeseen complications arose due to previous non maintenance of central heating system and Jimi worked on to ensure heating was fully operational. Very satisfied with work and would employ again for further plumbing/heating jobs
