Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

Ross supplied and fitted 9 led downlights in my kitchen and an outdoor socket. He came to the house, inspected what had to done and was very clear and decent about the job. Robbie did a fantastic job to prepare my roof for winter. He inspected and cleaned gutters, fixed broken and missing tiles and also removed dangerously wobbly chimney pot from unused chimney. He also secured all remaining chimney pots to prevent birds getting in. All for a great price! He always showed up on time and left the place tidy. Communication with Robbie was easy over chat, phone and WhatsApp. I’ll definitely contact Robbie again when my roof needs another inspection and maintenance.
