Polite and friendly. Pleased with the job. Gave a reasonable and realistic price so I didn't bother getting other quotes. No nonsense, no waffle. Completed within a week of accepting the quote. I will need another fence doing soon but I can't afford at the moment but will use J&M again for that one.

Dan did a great job working through a varied list of jobs that had needed doing for a while. Worked hard, good at solving problems, always asked if unsure about anything. Not sure you could want much more. Thoroughly good guy as well.

Andrew and the team from Bathstone were absolutely brilliant! They refurbished a shed into a games room, with new foundations, roof, doors, rewired, plumbing, installed pool table, bar and floor. He helped me with the design of the job, was flexible as the work progressed, and came up with some great solutions. Work was top quality; I couldn't be happier with the end product. Most importantly , Andrew is a really decent guy - honest, reliable and someone you can really trust. Cannot recommend more highly.

Adam was very polite and was carefull not to disrupt the house when he was working. The standard of his work is very high and he told me he treats every job as if he was doing it in his own home. I only put reliability at 4 stars because the job did take longer as he had to go back to the factory to get the doors trimmed because they were a fraction to big. He did this willingly even though he had to travel to Oxford. I would recomend him to anyone and I will deffinately use him again.

I've got great communication with Neil and his work is fast and tidy. His team have brought an unruly garden under control extremely fast and I'm looking forward to him keeping all the grounds looking great over the coming seasons.

Rob worked really hard to get my garden looking back to its best. Considering the amount of work required he got it done in a fraction of the time I expected with no fuss. Very fair and considered quotes for work to be completed. From the initial quoting process through to completing the job I have found APS very easy to deal with and I intend to use them again regularly moving into the future.

Paul did a fantastic job on sourcing the best value materials and installing them. He was by far the most competetive quote we received and we found him extremely polite, reliable and easy to communicate with. Great work. Did some great weather edge reprinting on the old house. Turns up early, works late if he needs and just puts the hours in as he cares about doing a good job for you. Clean, efficient and helpful. Did what he said and to the quote even though it took a few more days. Would certainly use him again and recommend jeff to anyone who needs a good builder.
