The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

The tradesmen made an amazing job of my mum's garden and I was really pleased with both the price and standard of work-men ship. The men worked extremely hard in clearing a garden that was more than 5 years overgrown. I would highly recommend to other interested parties.

They offered great advice that ended up saving us money & gave a better result than we could have expected. They worked long hours so only took 2 days, even our neighbours commented on their professionalism & work ethic. I would definitely use them again & recommend them to friends

Staurt phoned before he came to give an estimate and carry out the work. He and his colleague worked hard to get my garden back into shape. They also cleared my conservatory gutters which was included in the price.
