Marcel worked efficiently to deliver a high quality finish to our bathroom renovation. He communicated what he was doing at each stage of the renovation and was helpful in sourcing the materials. He worked long hours and always cleared up after himself. Marcel is friendly, honest and hardworking. The quote was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes we received, our first quote was honoured despite the job being more complex than initially anticipated. We will be using Marcel again for other jobs.

Kareen was polite and professional, she came to look at the job and quote, arranged a time and was very prompt. Her work was excellent and she left the house in a very good state. I would highly recommend her. She mainly travels by bike and prefers to use your tools, brushes etc if possible which in our case was fine, however if you don't own any tools you will have to make this clear up front.

Andrei and his father built some shelves in my lounge and fixed, patched-up and repainted my kitchen ceiling. I was really impressed with both jobs. The shelving looks excellent and is exactly what I wanted. The ceiling was done really professionally and looks even better than I was expecting. They arrived on time and worked really hard all day and were very friendly and personable. Also good on price. Highly recommended.

Due to family helpin with the clean I didn't use these but they was very professional in getting back to me an I would recommend them as nice fair and they seemed like they was a good price as well!

Great work, driveway was converted from a front yard to a driveway, And the results was to exactly to our needs, also had them finish up our patio and create custom gates for us, polite and clean work environment and work on a timely manner,

Steve did a complete renovation of a 2 bedroom flat for us - rewire, beautiful herringbone oak floors, plaster, paint, amazing new kitchen including white quartz countertop sourced at a great price and bathroom. Great finish; amazing value; can’t recommend highly enough. Really appreciate his advice, including telling us where not to waste money

Starting from initial consultation when Klajdi came to my house to inspect the job for quotation. He was very humble and made reasonable recommendations. My instinct just stick to choose Property Claim for the job. WOW! is what I would describe their job. I had complete bath room and toilet fitted. This was done within reasonable time. Petre and his team were exceptional. He was able to complete the entire job including plumbing, complex fitting of worktops and three sided breakfast bar, splashbacks and hardwire electric installation in just three days and to a brilliant standard. The company is super responsive to emails and nothing is too much trouble. They are great at problem solving and the finish is first rate. Polite, tidy, skilled, talented and efficient, he double checked every detail with me so we got what we wanted. Delighted.
