Tim and Vincent are both friendly people and did a good job painting the render on our house, it looks great. Why only 3 stars then? Because despite promising to return and better finish the woodwork near the front door/garage door they have not returned in two months - we are guessing they will not be back but would be very pleased to change this rating when the job is finalised.

Tom was responsive and friendly and sorted our gutter issue quickly, installing a downpipe to relieve rain water that was causing damp to my neighbour's property. The job looks neat and tidy, and he was accommodating considering I didn't want scaffolding - he managed to get around this issue and was professional at each step. Richard came to inspect the roof on the Friday and offered to do the work over the weekend, weather permitting, for £120 inclusive of materials and labour. As Sunday was the best day for dry weather, he came around mid-morning and worked on our roof for about three hours, replacing the damaged ridge tile, reseating (cementing) the other ridge tiles, replacing moisture barrier, checking all of our roof tiles and removing and replacing a disused heating vent. Prompt, pleasant, polite, professional! Excellent!

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.
