The reason for my ratings is as follows:- I’ve rated 3 stars for quality as he didn’t really do much to rate. I’ve rated 1 star for price as £65 for 25 minute job is really poor considering part was only few pounds. Wouldn’t recommend this company as very expensive, only reason we used them was struggling to find anyone else.

Tree was trimmed in line with our request, they also sealed the cut areas and trimmed additional dead/redundant branches at no extra cost. Left work site spotless, was very impressed with the professionalism.

Paul and Andy have done a brilliant job and I can not recommend them highly enough. They explained what they needed to do and left the kitchen clean, tidy and fully functional-the cooker looks great. Paul set out a clear quote at the start and arrived on time. I will definitely ask them back in a few months when we get a new dishwasher.

Very pleased with the improvement in appearance of our roof facias, soffits, guttering etc. Nice, tidy job. Any potential challenges were overcome easily and without drama. We recommend the professionalism and quality of tradesmen. We also appreciated the honesty and reassurance that we didn't need more than we committed to in spite of others who tried to push for more. A good job done, and in our eyes, fair.

Fitted 2 internal doors for us. Arrived on time and done a really great job. The guys were friendly and paid attention to detail, done a very good quality of work. Colin at CB Roofing is an excellent guy. He came to our tenement building, went up on to the roof with rope access equipment, and quickly assessed what needed to be done and when he could do it by. We gave him the job and he turned up every day consecutively, addressed the work in priority order and completed the work on his original schedule. First class tradesman, first class guy to do business with, and a first class job at the end of it. . Would recommend Colin with absolutely no reservations.

Done an excellent job of installing new boiler, radiators and pipes. From quote to completion everything went smoothly. Communication was spot on and Scott arranged all the necessary trades to get this job completed in one day. Banter was pretty good too. Would definitely use again.

Contacted very promptly. Very easy to communicate with. This was a communal repair with my neighbour. Unfortunately we did not use this Company as unknown to me my neighbour had already contacted another local roofer she knew. Based on communication and discussion I had with Pat about our job would highly recommend. Thanks again for your time.
