We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. After all the storms we found our lead flashing was weak and as a result water came in to the property. We contacted Duncan Hood via Rated People. He turned up when he said he would, he did a temporary fix which we paid a £50 call out fee for (which he later deducted off the final bill) - he came back within a week and fixed the leading to a very high spec. Duncan is reliable, punctual, polite, and good value for money. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. A great job and a nice bloke.
