Dave is hard working, very reliable and very professional. He discussed any changes from my original plan he thought would improve things but never forced his ideas, always embracing compromise. My wife and I are extremely happy with the final result and would highly recommend Dave to anyone who wants an honest builder who gives a first rate job.

I cannot recommend Alistair highly enough. We have had a total re fit of our shower room and Alistair coordinated all the tradesmen needed to complete the work to a really high standard. He is reliable, professional and a perfectionist in his work and nothing is too much trouble to .ensure his customers are totally happy with the results. We would not hesitate to use Alistair again for any plumbing work we need.

Within 12 hours of posting my job request, CB Plumbing & Heating had assessed the work required, contacted several suppliers and completed the work required. After all the storms we found our lead flashing was weak and as a result water came in to the property. We contacted Duncan Hood via Rated People. He turned up when he said he would, he did a temporary fix which we paid a £50 call out fee for (which he later deducted off the final bill) - he came back within a week and fixed the leading to a very high spec. Duncan is reliable, punctual, polite, and good value for money. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. A great job and a nice bloke.

Duane did a fantastic job fitting our kitchen worktops for us along with adding 2 kitchen units we could not have asked for better work amd the kitchen now looks brilliant Duane came exactly when he said he would except for a 1 week delay but the work we received was well worth the wait. Andrew quoted on the job and stuck to quote. He explained what needed doing in lay person language. The job looked tidy and he explained when to wash the patio so as it to disturb new mortar. I am very pleased with this job. Thank you Andrew
