Fantastic set of builders. They undertook extensive repairs to the roof, guttering and chimney stacks, all to an excellent standard. Internally, they removed and disposed of the plaster from two large rooms, plaster-boarded and skimmed, again to an excellent standard – the plaster is as smooth as marble! They also resolved ad hoc problems as they came to light, at no extra cost. They cleaned up after each day’s work (including the pavement outside) and removed all debris. And … they finished the job on time and on budget. Being new to the area, I had been wary of employing unknown builders. But I have been left impressed beyond all expectation!
Hi I'm Neil Kell Im a multi semi skilled handyman/builder I undertake all kinds of internal and external work on properties ex gas or major electrics I do small domestic electrical work and cover all work in the home Including small jobs ie putting flat pack furniture together fitting blinds curtains no matter how small as well as doing a loft Conversion. We spoke to a few firms about re-roofing our house, and whilst Lovatt's weren't the cheapest, we felt comfortable with hiring them. The work was finished to a very high standard, they were highl,y communicative throughout, keeping us up to date with any issues, and they were extremely professional, cleaning up after themselves as they went. The job overran slightly, as we experienced really bad weather for a week or so, but I can have no fault with them or their work. Highly recommended!
