Will not be using again. Very disappointed with results. Initially, it looked a lot tidier than it had been but, after returning from Hospital and seeing the reality of what had been done, I was very disappointed. My Strawberry Plants had disappeared, my Pear Tree Blossom had disappeared, my Aquilegia had been replanted and was now dead, my Lawn Rake had been broken it two and hidden. The £280 I spent was a waste as it should have been for what I can only describe as the destruction of my Garden

Under no circumstances use these people. They have made an utter mess of our roof. They are utterly negligent. They will not return calls. They have taken a substantial amount of money and not undertaken the work. We are now asking the Police and Court to get involved.

We have had nothing but excellant work from Ross Glover. From the quotation, he came out himself along with a plumber and electrician to give a true quotation. His work has been of excellant standard. His workers are very reliable and we are kept up to date at every stage of the build. Their knowledge and professionalism is fantastic and have given us good advice and resolve problems which have come to light. They have also been able to help save costs on the build aswell.

Chris did a great job on my flat roof; replacing the old felt roof for a new GRP fibre glass one, including replacing all the boards, facias and guttering. He is reliable and will explain anything you want to know about the job. He is very organised, works hard and tidies up afterwards.

I employed Simon to do extensive painting of my garden furniture and fences during the summer. He also kindly helped me with some carpentry work in the garden and some jobs indoors. He arrived on time each day or let me know if there would be a delay and why, the work he undertook was meticulous and he always cleared up before he left each evening and joy of joys no radio blaring! I cannot speak too highly of his conduct and willingness throughout and can strongly recommend him.

Pip is an excellent all rounder but is inclined to spend too much time on tasks if not supervised, which can be costly if employed on a day rate. In my experience, Pip should make more effort to separate his tools from others in order to avoid confusion of ownership.

This summer Anthony to carried out some much needed repair works to our house. We found Anthony to be a very polite, dedicated, professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic builder. Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.
