Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything. Prompt initial contact. The team were; Friendly, knowledgeable & skilled & offered fair quotes & stuck to their pricing. Cleaned up after themselves & ran through things with me too. Really pleased with service & asked Paul to quite for fuse box upgrades which they duly came back & did, a few weeks later, to the same high standard. Nathan installed a consumer unit, socket outlets, linear luminaire and light switches in the garage and connected the LV supply cable to the house utility supply. The price was competitive and quality of the work was great. He is professional and came to do the work on the day it was agreed. I will contact Nathan when I need any other electrical work and I will recommend him to family and friends.

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

Fouad and his team did a fantastic job of our Victorian gate and fence, replacing a decayed lock and painting the railings to look like new. He also refreshed our outhouse. Super service, polite, efficient and friendly service. We would definitely use again, thanks Fouad and the team!
