Rhys was excellent; he first came to look at the works I needed in detail. Which after provided a detailed quote. He took the time to explain things when I did not understand. He gave the available options of what could be done and also provided his recommendation. He worked extremely clean and was really dedicated to his work. Really happy with how he has replaced a consumer unit, all cables where neat and tidy. I will be hiring him again as I have more electrical work.

Luke could not have been more helpful. He was the first to email interest in the job and followed up with a phone-call. He then liaised with the tenants to arrange access, collected the key from the agents, did the job, gave the key back again, whilst keeping me up to date with everything that was going on. He then emailed the certificate and a quote for remedial work as soon as the job was done. He could not have been more helpful, efficient or organised. It was a pleasure to deal with him.

Ben communicated well. He arrived at the agreed time and did exactly what he was asked in a very professional and efficient manner. When the work was completed Ben submitted what we considered a very reasonable invoice. Morgan and Mike contacted me on the day of posting my job, visited that same afternoon and sent me an itemised quote that evening. They understood that the job was urgent and turned up on the appointed day, at the appointed time. Both my wife and I found they were happy to explain their work and to give us options. The work was neat, efficient and just what we needed. We will definitely use them again and would be happy to recommend them. Very pleased.
