He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

Fantastic to meet Richard, we met lots of potential trades people for our hallway storage cupboard job. He was definitely the best. Had great ideas, was very thorough in the planning stages and very patient with my husband and i who take a while to make decisions!
