Solomon replied to my ad very quickly which was great and he managed to get the heating working in my flat, which it hadn't been. However, the fault light on my boiler came back on shortly after he left and he hasn't been able to provide a report on what issue needs fixing for me to be able to follow up on. He also wouldn't pre confirm an hourly rate or agree costs upfront. He was however very friendly and helpful, if he can provide a report and rectify the issue then I'd happily use him again.

Russell attended the site (my home) to discuss the options and provided a prompt and very fair quote which I accepted. The job, (quite significant taking 2 days) was carried out by Jamie and Chris a short while later. They were always very friendly, organised and clean - the work was excellent. OVER A YEAR LATER, and a couple of the lights had stopped working and I contacted Russell. Within 2 days, everything sorted with no charge for the new lights or the service. Initial service was great. But grass that was laid hasn’t last a year with a lot of patches and bits that have died. I watered and cut the grass regularly as I trusted but the grass just hasn’t lasted. Unfortunately, after several requests for help, Christian hasn’t been very responsive and showing no signs of helping.
