I had cheaper quotes, but Islington replied first and worked on a Sunday. Punctual and worked hard. Two Gripes, one while installing the fuse box, moved my alarm control and lost a screw (but didn't tell me) - so I had issues getting the alarm working. Two didn't completely clean up the mess, left me to bin waste, minor Yes would use again, as work was accurate and logical, which you need with electrics, came across as highly competent, labelled all the wires so nothing got lost (except the screw)

There isn’t enough space on here to describe how happy I am and stress free Rob and his team made the process. I had a major extension to the rear and side of the home which meant I wasn't able to use the bottom area of my home at all. Rob and his team took care of everything and also provided so much extra help all the time any time and keeping up with the consistent service is truly unmatchable. I’m very happy with the work, the finishing and everything else. Choose Rob and his team and you can’t go wrong

I would say the work carried out was good for the budget at hand. Very clean, tidy and fast workers. Had a minor breakdown in communication for the scope so please ensure you define the scope clearly. Friendly and cooperative. The work carried out was fit for purpose and completed within budget.

Brilliant job - I was hesitant to hire as there weren't any ratings, but once I spoke to Stavros it was clear that he was a very diligent and reliable guy. Came up with a clever solution that allowed us to install power outlets where others had told us installation would not be possible. Finished work was of a very high standard - would definitely use again.

RS Property did a brilliant job on my bathroom; very professional and good communication with Roger throughout the project. I gave them a tight timeline and challenging materials and they worked well to get the job finished earlier than expected. Highly recommended, did a very good quality job on my locks. On time and reliable with very careful work meaning there was minimal markings to the paintwork on my front door. I would recommend and use this company again.
