Prompt initial contact. The team were; Friendly, knowledgeable & skilled & offered fair quotes & stuck to their pricing. Cleaned up after themselves & ran through things with me too. Really pleased with service & asked Paul to quite for fuse box upgrades which they duly came back & did, a few weeks later, to the same high standard. Great job done. I am very pleased with my new fence. I am also very pleased that Tom and Eliot turned up when they said they would as I have been let down in the past 2 years. I would happily recommend Tom and Eliot to all.

Nathan installed a consumer unit, socket outlets, linear luminaire and light switches in the garage and connected the LV supply cable to the house utility supply. The price was competitive and quality of the work was great. He is professional and came to do the work on the day it was agreed. I will contact Nathan when I need any other electrical work and I will recommend him to family and friends.

Brilliant job - I was hesitant to hire as there weren't any ratings, but once I spoke to Stavros it was clear that he was a very diligent and reliable guy. Came up with a clever solution that allowed us to install power outlets where others had told us installation would not be possible. Finished work was of a very high standard - would definitely use again.

RS Property did a brilliant job on my bathroom; very professional and good communication with Roger throughout the project. I gave them a tight timeline and challenging materials and they worked well to get the job finished earlier than expected. Artur was very helpful. He did the work and left everything tidy and clean. He even moved things that needed to be moved and extra bits that needed doing at no extra cost. Highly recommended, did a very good quality job on my locks. On time and reliable with very careful work meaning there was minimal markings to the paintwork on my front door. I would recommend and use this company again.
