Andrew came promptly ready to fix my toilet Syphon which broke. He got the job done despite the fact the nuts and bolts at the bottom rusted away to the point they couldn't even be handled with any tools. I saw him go at the bolts and nuts for a good 20 minutes as he was so persistent to get them out and put in new ones... And of course he succeeded. Also when I thought there was a leak (there wasn't a leak at all) he kept in contact offering to come back and fix the leak. 5/5 for sure

Russell attended the site (my home) to discuss the options and provided a prompt and very fair quote which I accepted. The job, (quite significant taking 2 days) was carried out by Jamie and Chris a short while later. They were always very friendly, organised and clean - the work was excellent. The paving slab steps leading to our front door needed urgently replacing. Then we identified that the supporting brickwork wasn't in great condition. Dajland made the supporting structure secure and removed and replaced all our slabs, including doing a tricky cutout. Communication was great and the cost was very reasonable. The biggest thing I can praise is Dajland's attention to detail. He works carefully, methodically but also very quickly. A genuine professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
