Great Job today with Bradley , very informative and great knowledge of the job in hand . Very good price . I did ask Bradley to do an extra task which he hadn’t quoted for and was very accommodating and priced it accordingly. He arrived early for the job and messaged me to say he had arrived . Needed a shed roof repaired after storm damage at the start of the year. Lee from 1st Class Property Care came and had a look and proposed a solution. After that work was done very quickly. Delighted with the results, I can honestly say the roof is better than it has ever been, feels totally solid and has given the shed years more life. Very happy!

David contacted me to have a look and hopefully realign the dish. Inf it was rusty and barely attached to the wall. As I work,he arranged to come out today to install a new dish. To cut a long story short as I can't fit it in, he came around 9.20am, had a cup of tea, chatted then left at 10.10am to get materials and another tool. He eventually arrived back at 2.30pm, I said we thought he wasn't coming back he lost the plot. He was very unprofessional and verbally aggressive, telling me I was disrespectful and ungrateful and much more. My husband and my sister heard him too. Well, I'm a paying customer so you were most definitely the disrespectful and ungrateful one

Great communication from first minute. Took time to understand the situation (even if I didn't!) and gave me sound advice as to what was required. Turned up as agreed and completed the job, even doing a bit more than he had to so that i could get on. I gave him a wee challenge with drilling into tiles i didn't know were there, but Paul was decent and didn't complain. Just means I now know what's required when I change the bathroom next year... Recommended and will definitely utilise his services again.
