Cris quickly responded to our issue and arrived 30 minutes after urgent request. He explained clearly the problem and showed the evidence of the problem. Repair was completed quickly and tidily all completed at a very reasonable price.

Quick to make contact after posting the job. Agreed to call at 10am on 11 July. That morning I got a text asking me to call which I did. He was running late and asked if 11am would be ok. He did eventually show up at 1pm as the previous job took longer. He said he would go online to look for a lock and let me know. I have not heard anything since. Very poor service.

Andy is a really nice guy, great communication, he popped round for a look and did the job on the spot as it was quick & easy. A little pricey given how quick it was! But very convenient to have it sorted so rapidly and I’d definitely hire Andy again.
