James replied relatively swiftly. After assessing the job, James was able to start at a mutually convenient date. We were concerned that we'd have a potential issue in matching our mortar colour-shade but James put our minds at rest and surpassed our expectations. We've since called him back to do another job for us, which he did exceptionally well too. We'd have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him. We are really pleased with the work that has been done by JNP. It was done very efficiently, on time and never swayed from the original quote. Whenever I had any questions, James always responded quickly. They also dealt with appropriate licence arrangements with West Berkshire Council. Tom and the team did an outstanding job. Very responsive, quick to undertake the work, and completed the work to a very high standard. Very dedicated team, and I found their very straightforward and no nonsense approach very reassuring. For example, they stated the work needed, didn’t try to redo the whole house! When they uncovered problems, we agreed the extra work and Tom was very good and quoting for the extra work. Finally, very clean team, cleared up after their work! Thoroughly recommend!
