After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

Job cost more than my budget but he made suggestions to keep cost down. He also fed into decision on what I wanted done to help me avoid bad decisions that would have resulted in a flooding issue in my back garden whenever it rained. Mark was very knowledgeable.

Carl did an amazing job. We initially only wanted a shower enclosure installation in our downstairs toilet but Carl also did a bathtub and sink replacement in our upstairs bathroom. Carl comes at the time he states and works till late. He leaves the house clean and tidy when he leaves. Very hardworking and skilled. Very impressed with his work and craftsmanship. The best part was for him to suggest some additional work which made a lot difference. I really appreciate him for that. He charged extra but it was worth it.
