Hi I’m Paul I set up KAL Building Solutions Ltd after successfully working as site manager working on refurbishments for some of the biggest names including Brewdog, Revolution Bars and Ask Italian to name a few where timescales were tight but always kept to budget and time. Prior to this I worked on the domestic sector ranging from refurbishments to structural works. We have invested a lot in quality tools which makes our job easier and helps to do the job more effectively.

We are Business owners Chris and Liam. Chris has been in the industry 26 years and has a multitude of experience, a time served joiner by trade but can turn his hand to anything. NVQ level 6 Qualified with IOSH, SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness amongst others. Liam has been in the industry for 14 years and is a qualified electrician by trade and can turn his hand to anything. Liam has a multitude of experience and also has various plant licences such as Digger, telehandler. We undertake all works and give a 12 month warranty.

We came across Nick and his team after we had been badly let down by a previous builder. He and his team finished the job (and provided an improved design) to an excellent standard and in a timely manner. Every discipline of tradesperson that attended our property were entirely professional and very pleasant to have around. Im a plumber with 18years experience, i do not touch heating systems as im not gas registerd, im reliable and respond with in 24 hours to view/fix problem. Carry most materiels on van unless its a specific item then that can be arranged.. I also do pvcu, door lock/cylinder lock changes

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Not pleased with the Tiling at all. On the top side concerning price. The Mosaic Tiles Maciej fitted are messy and uneven and are covered with spots of adhesive which is proving very difficult to remove. The rectangular tiles fitted elsewhere in the bathroom were also unevenly spaced and the finished effect not up to a professional standard. The Bathroom was also left in a untidy state upon completion. For this level of cost I expect an experienced tradesmen and not an amateur learning of the job.

Andy did a superb job. He made sure the job was done right without rushing. Two of my doors met at a very awkward angle, but he spent time making sure the architraves were mitred correctly. Good job done.
