Clive and Andy have done a fantastic damp proofing job, totally reliable and a pleasure to have met. I have already spoken with my neighbours regarding them as I can absolutely recommend them and their work. They left everything so tidy as well, even cleaned their own tea cups! It was a pleasure to have Sam install our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and he even called 2 days before the start date to check all was OK and proceeded to fit a new gate valve to enable me to disconnect the old suite. He also collected bathroom fittings for us to save a 30 mile round trip. He worked hard on the installation to finish it as soon as possible but maintained a very high quality of finish. He made suggestions to improve the final appearance which were very welcome.

Mark has completed my work to a very high standard. He left the site clean and tidy. He and his team have a friendly approach. Mark was very reliable and flexible in his work schedule and kept us informed of progress at all times.

Some small issues with the varnish and stain colouring on some planks but this was down to the actual wood itself and not the job. Nevertheless the manager came round to have a look and then sanded and re-did the particular planks until he was satisfied that there was nothing more that could be done save for removing the wood itself, proper dedication to a good job.

Jason has quoted us a very reasonable price and came out of his way to review a job for us - we will be contacting him in the very near future as we have to concentrate on another part of our home first.. but we found Jason to be very accommodating, professional.

We had 25 fence panels including concrete posts and gravel boards fitted.The work was completed within the timescale indicated on the quotation and started on time. Andy communicated well via emails and telephone calls during the quotation period and was happy to re-quote on two occasions when we changed our specification of fence. We will be recommending them to our neighbours and friends . Very pleased with the quality and service. Excellent value for money.

Graeme came round and quoted for the job. £180.00 including materials, which he carried out on friday. He made a lovely job and left the place nice and tidy. I had a kitchen blind I was going to put, I asked Graeme if he wouldn't mind doing it, which he did at no extra cost. Extremely grateful and will definitely use again.

Excellent communication response time. Thank you Steve. Great communicator. Appointment to tender was not kept (by me) as decided to use another company. If I had any further work to be done though, would ring him to give me a quote. Having to fill in quality and value on this questionnaire, although could not comment but going to give a 4 star rating so can process reliability communication/response rating which was excellent.
