The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. I really recommend working with Kilani. My job turned out to be much more complicated than expected. It required much more work to put right shoddy work from previous contractor. But Kilani was good to his word, sticking to original price he quoted and going above and beyond to turn what was a total disaster into a lovely useable room. One of the roofers arrived (on time) and after inspection of the roof gve us a very competitive quote. Having agreed price, date and time to start the work, they arrived on time and immediately started working. Throughout the day they were considerate as they had to access the roof via the house, ensuring that everything was left clean and tidy. You would not think you had just spent a whole day with roofrees in the house as the roof looked like new (solar reflective paint). Would recommend this firm as a unit providing a service without being "ripped off", as you paid the price agreed with no add-ons.
