A.JOHNSON PROPERTY SERVICES - We originally complained of the sub standard work carried out by the above the job that wasnt done to our satisfaction and the fear factor was used on us to have furher work carried out. The leak that was supposed to be repaired was not repaired, consequently we have rain still pouring through our ceiling. He also said its a wonder that the chimney stack had NOT fallen in. The WHOLE of the job took 2.5 hours. Full report is available with pictures should anyone wish.

Didn't fix problem. Asked them to come back. They arranged a time and date and didn't show. Had to get another company to do job.

I can honestly say that Kyle and his team at Future Construction were exceptional in every regard. We had experienced difficulties with a builder prior to Kyle but he proved to be reliable, hardworking and committed to completing our house renovation, a substantial project, on time, within the restrictions of our budget. Jay left an unfinished job (woodframe for a conservatory) behind , that no other builder can finish The measurements were wrong . He kept 550 pounds for materials he did not provide . This has been 8 months ago . He initially made excuses before stopping answering to my emails altogether.
Hard to rate I'm afraid. Came to quote, quote never arrived! He may be good at his work but wouldn't know - so these are ratings based on coming to quote only!!

They called me to book in a job and moved the job time twice in the same day and felt it was appropriate to come out at 8pm at night. I'd wasted my whole Saturday waiting in for a quote. Ironic considering the name of their company.

Different window installed, job not completed, rubbish left over ours and neighbours drives. The job was three times as expensive as quoted due to “finding things that needed renewing". They worked quickly to get the job done, but unfortunately, they were messy, leaving debris everywhere, blocking our drive, including batons with protruding nails on the pavement, they did not make good the damaged surrounding area of the window. We had to unnail batons , rip up and bag membrane and rubble. Not recommend .
