Turned up straight away and fixed the leak in my roof the next day. Just what was needed to save us getting wet! He also did some other repairs to make sure we're water-tight over the winter. Thanks

Exceptional service in exceptional times. Possible lost tile, turns out that the roof was intact. Mike was efficient and changed a slightly damaged tile (which I already had). Free of charge. James Morris did some structural work for us, converting our separate kitchen and lounge into an open-plan kitchen. He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent. He and his team have a very good work ethic and were very happy to work through weekends at our request to expedite the job. I would recommend him without reservation, and will definitely use him again in the future.

Darren provided practical solutions to an unusual build, and a proper estimate. As the work was about to start the spec' changed a few times, and Darren was helpful with that. We agreed a new price and signed a straightforward agreement. Security was never an issue - we had no issue with giving Darren keys and access. He turned up when he said he would and always went through the issues of the day and the progress of the day on site and on the phone. The project has worked out really well, and it has been a very good working relationship. We have no hesitation in recommending Darren - he was helpful throughout, including managing the occassional curved ball. He runs work from a joinery led perspective, and has a wide range of understanding about the other trades and what should happen when. A pleasure to work with!

We were really pleased with the excellent work that was undertaken by JMG. JMG removed the rotted decking and old artificial grass that was in our garden and replaced it with Indian flagstones. They also replaced the garden posts to our fencing and replaced our wooden gate. JMG were reliable, efficient and very hard working. The team were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely use the company again and would recommend them.

What can I say? I was slightly sceptical and didn’t expect too much but I was very much mistaken. The service we received from these guys was A1. From entering the details onto the website I was contacted via email and text message within minutes. I was then contacted, within 15 minutes , by Ideal roofing and building to make an appointment for the very next morning. Two very friendly guys arrived as scheduled, did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. The whole experience was actually a pleasure. Friendly, prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Very good service, can highly recommend. Asked for a quote to sort pointing on the gable end roof verge of our sons semi, gave us 2 options - repointing or dry verge system. Went for dry verge system and Paul came within a few weeks (when weather allowed). Took a couple of days but Paul did what he quoted for (battens, felt and plastic edge) worked quickly and tidied up. Very reasonable too.

Would highly recommend. Fair price and Anthony was very reliable and helpful. Explained what parts we needed and what needed to be done to fix guttering after falling down. Very polite and courteous. We believe this company does various tasks wouldn’t hesitate asking him to do a job for us again or recommended colleagues.
